What advice can anyone give on how to recover quicker from a workout (especially skin)? I currently use contrast baths afer a workout.

I've been taking epsom salt baths from time to time. The magnesium is supposed to help with soreness/swelling. I did notice that it made my skin much nicer. this was during the winter and I had dry skin. It cleared it up and my hands seemed to feel better as well. More leatherry and durable rather than calluses that were waiting to tear. Maybe add some epsom salt to contrast baths?
