barbe705 Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 I've been taking epsom salt baths from time to time. The magnesium is supposed to help with soreness/swelling. I did notice that it made my skin much nicer. this was during the winter and I had dry skin. It cleared it up and my hands seemed to feel better as well.
