Little training today

*V-Bar 24mm:

RH: 89kg (196) (P.R.)

LH: 84kg (185) (P.R.)

---> next goal: 225 at the V-bar 1"

*V-Bar 48mm:

RH: 75.5kg (166)

LH: 75.5kg (166)

* I tried to do One Hand Deadlift with my 80" long & 1" of diameter bar but it's not very stable. I find a 2" PVC pipe for the grip but I must find a solution to wedge it on the bar. Maybe i'll do that with foam.

Today

Pinch training:

*Euro Pinch:

1*53.5 (118)

0*57.5 (126 3/4) --> I lifted it only the first 4-5 inches...

*Triple Hub:only 2" & 3" today

LH: 13kg (28.5) @2" ; 12kg (26.5) @3" :blink

then, after the sets i did with LH:

5*11kg (24 1/4) @2"

4*10kg (22) @3"

& tried some lifts with claw grip (I think i could be stronger with it, I will try it again)

RH: 14kg (31) @2" :( ; 16kg (35 1/4) @3" P.R. :rock

I tried to lift 17kg (37.5) with RH but I succeeded only the first 4-5 inches (like the Euro pinch)

I tried some extra stuffs too for the LH ( my weak point):

*I did some swings with the Hub from aft forward

*I took a soft tennis ball in my hand & tried to crush it with the tip of my fingers (without the thumb)

I think that my thumb is not the weak point. I need to strengthen the other fingers

Soon, I think that i'll make a sort of Titan's Telegraph Key™ (http://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/...asp?number=1243) but a little bit modified to work essentially the fingers (not only the thumb).

On this rainy day, Grip Training:

*V-bar 24mm:

RH: 102kg (225) --> hardly lift (~1")

LH: 97kg (214) --> hardly lift too

*V-bar 48mm

RH: 94.5kg(208) P.R. :cool

LH: 96.5kg(212 3/4) --> hardly lift (~1") , 94.5kg(208)-->OK (P.R. :cool )

RH & LH: 7 reps @ 82.5kg (182)

With rules

No locking of the thumb is allowed. The lifter will raise the bar until it is a minimum of 5 centimetres off the ground and then lower down again without loosing the grip
my hardly lifts are missed but I can see while my advancement

*Wrist curl: 3*15@22kg (48.5)

*CoC #2

RH: 3 reps with choker 29mm

LH: some sets with #1 and attemps with #2 chocker 29mm
