oi_joe Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 hey, am new to grip board, was linked here from another forum, a strength training one. am only small, 5 foot 6, weight 64kg, and have small hands too, which is why my grip isn't too great. i currently am on a 5x5 strength program and wish to add some grip work, as am starting to struggle. the problem is that i do heavy weighted chin ups after heavy for me, deadlifts, grip is being tested and am thinking its not keeping up with the rest. i have purchased coc, 1's and the 1.5, i can almost close the ones, about half a centermetre away, and the 1.5 is a inch or more away. i want to train my grip maybe 3 times a week, but don't know how to incorporate it into my routine, any tips or routines would be greatly appreciated. cheers Joe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
