I still compete but my ultimate goal would be to certify on the number 3 coc gripper. Best I have done so far is very close with the number 2. April 15. 2008 Squats 135-5 225-4 245-4 265-4 280-4 290-4 Patial Deads Just above Knees Increase range of motion 3/4 inch every week. 225-3 315-1 405-1 465-1 485-1 505-1 525-1 Pinch grip dl's 3-10s one handed 3x5, 2x4 Euro grip very new to this so help me out. 90-1 95-1 100-1 105-1 110-1 Jump rope 30,40.
