vikingsrule62
Hey guys, Derek here talking for my dad since he never posts here. He's starting to get back into actively working out but that's going to be put on hold soon due to that he can't lift anything over 20 pounds for 6 weeks after he has stomach surgery. After that I think he's going to start bending and lifting on a regular basis to train for the Huge Bastard and beyond. I'll probably end up giving him some grippers and other stuff and then I'll help him get on a serious gripper and general grip training regimen. Today he made a hell of an attempt at a Huge Bastard and got it to just inside 3" with it being about 1/2" off center. Hopefully he can make one more attempt at this next week before surgery and destroy it so he can strive for the Grand afterwards I also tried to get him to attempt a 5.5" Square but he was too tired. Thanks guys, and next time it'll be my dad posting here on his Huge Bastard success Edited March 22, 2008 by vikingsrule62
