you should give them a ride.  try 1.25% b/w in each hand

Scott, I'm a 205lb guy. assuming "b/w" = bodyweight I'd be using about 2.5625lbs in each hand (1.25% = .0125x205) this seem's very light. Would you suggest using more weight than this possibly? Thanks

Old Guy but you are. Ask our resident historian. Years ago there used to be a certificate that health and strength leaguers could get if they managed a 15" cold upper arm measurement, never mind a forearm of the same dimensions. Why do you think 'I ain't nothing' when 90% of your stats are better than 95% of most trainees? Clever answers only please (like most could get there if they worked hard enough etc - but they don't and so on). :D
