vikingsrule92
Yes, but not for a beginner. It is an insanely brutal program and you shoudl not even consider doing it until you're pretty advanced into grip training and your hands are very well conditioned. Your hands will crack and bleed and be brutally destroyed in KTA, and it is NOT for beginners.

Probably when you're at least 6ish months into serious grip training and are closing at the very least a #2 probably more.
MalachiMcMullen
What Derek means Travis is that KTA is meant more for moving from the 2-3 than from 1-2 or 2.5. No matter what if you follow it it WILL help your gripper strength but as Derek said it's brutal. If you work with grippers regularly and have closed a 2 I'd say your ready, make sure you have a good idea of how to set grippers before you start though. Learning to set will net you bigger gains than any program or natural potential!!! Good luck.
gerryg
Travis, I say buy it! 1. It's a donation to the board 2. KTA contains alot of gripper information and videos. 3. You will always own it, when you feel that your ready for KTA go for it!
