My description: Powerlifting / weighlifting: squat raw 480lbs // equiped 650lbs bench raw i don't know max but 7x290lbs and 430lbs equiped deadlift raw 550lbs // 600lbs equiped clean and press 230lbs (i'm not a weighlifteur!) power snatch 180lbs Grip : Coc's right HG250lbs easy (train for #3), left near HG250lbs Rolling thunder 205lbs right, 195lbs left V bar 155lbs right (so bad!!!!), 140lbs left 2 hand plates pinch (55mm) 115lbs bending i'm bend nail bastard and i don't know what ..... I try soon IM yellow and may bye blue. Routine: Monday: 1. Bench, 2. Bench isometric or stato, 3. Negative gripper, 4. Easy bending, 5. Hammer lever Wednesday: 1. Pull up, 2. sdt, 3. 2 hand pinch, 4. Rolling thunder Thurday: 1. squat, 2. explosive push up (with band), 3. dips, 4. Gripper, 5. Medium bending, 6. Hammer lever Saturday: 1. Strict press, 2. lat elevation, 3. 2hand pinch, 4. Raw paus bench (to know my opener bar of my Sunday's competition, bench and gripper, first time gipper competition ): 1x1x135lbs, 1x1x220lbs, 1x1x265lbs, 1x1x308lbs (easy), 1x1x330lbs (begin to force), Sunday I opener with 330lbs. 2. Raw negative bench: 2x 4sec x 385lbs. Grip: Gripper right hand: 3 set of negative with COC3 (the best miss 4/10"), 3set of overcrush with HG200 Gripper left hand: 3 set of negative with HG250 (the best miss 1/20"!!!! Need thath I close!), 3 set of overcrush with HG150 beyond the range Bend: 10 nail bastard and 1 ironmind Yellow (first time i completly bend but second time i try ) Hammer lever 4 set of 5reps bend crush with gripper 10 x 1reps x HG250 Today good work. My home made rolling thunder is 2" 1/5 and the ironmind 2"3/8, I loose 60lbs on my max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shall try correctly on Saturday but I can see again in the decline my PR!
