Hello my nane is Pedro, I'm a french powerlifteur (sorry for my english :D ), I'm training since 4 years in powerlifting, i do national competition like french championship, and since 1 month on grip training.

My description:

Powerlifting / weighlifting:

squat raw 480lbs // equiped 650lbs

bench raw i don't know max but 7x290lbs and 430lbs equiped

deadlift raw 550lbs // 600lbs equiped

clean and press 230lbs (i'm not a weighlifteur!)

power snatch 180lbs

Grip :

Coc's right HG250lbs easy (train for #3), left near HG250lbs

Rolling thunder 205lbs right, 195lbs left

V bar 155lbs right (so bad!!!!), 140lbs left

2 hand plates pinch (55mm) 115lbs

bending i'm bend nail bastard and i don't know what ..... I try soon IM yellow and may bye blue.

Routine:

Monday: 1. Bench, 2. Bench isometric or stato, 3. Negative gripper, 4. Easy bending, 5. Hammer lever

Wednesday: 1. Pull up, 2. sdt, 3. 2 hand pinch, 4. Rolling thunder

Thurday: 1. squat, 2. explosive push up (with band), 3. dips, 4. Gripper, 5. Medium bending, 6. Hammer lever

Saturday: 1. Strict press, 2. lat elevation, 3. 2hand pinch, 4. V bar

I forgot this on my description: 5.7 // bodyweight 220lbs // 7" hand

Today:

1. strict military press 2x10x45lbs, 3x135lbs, 8x155lbs, 6x155lbs

2. power clean 1x175lbs, 1x200lbs, 1x220lbs (hard)

grip:

1. 2 hand pinch (55mm) 5x1x100lbs (easy) next workout i try 5x1x105.5lbs

2. rolling thunder right 5x1x175lbs (really easy), left 5x1x165lbs (easy too)

3. V bar right 1x155lbs, 1x180lbs, 1x200lbs Pr (Always bad but I improve)

left 1x135lbs, 1x160lbs, 1x180lbs Pr

4. extensor band 3x20reps

This afternoon:

1. Raw paus bench (to know my opener bar of my Sunday's competition, bench and gripper, first time gipper competition :D ):

1x1x135lbs, 1x1x220lbs, 1x1x265lbs, 1x1x308lbs (easy), 1x1x330lbs (begin to force), Sunday I opener with 330lbs.

2. Raw negative bench: 2x 4sec x 385lbs.

Grip:

Gripper right hand: 3 set of negative with COC3 (the best miss 4/10"), 3set of overcrush with HG200

Gripper left hand: 3 set of negative with HG250 (the best miss 1/20"!!!! Need thath I close!), 3 set of overcrush with HG150 beyond the range

Bend: 10 nail bastard and 1 ironmind Yellow (first time i completly bend but second time i try :D )

Hammer lever 4 set of 5reps

bend crush with gripper 10 x 1reps x HG250

2. dumbell curl 3x10x 50lbs dumbell

Grip:

1. 2H pinch plate (55mm) 3x5x45lbs (can you say to me why I find it very difficult to advance in this exercice compared with the others grip exercices?)

2. Rolling thunder

right: 5x1x181.5lbs (really easy)

left: 5x1x170.5lbs (easy too)

3. V bar

right: 1x187lbs, 1x200lbs, 1x210lbs, 1x220lbs PR

left: 1x175lbs, 1x187lbs, 1x200lbs PR

Good workout, tomorow gripper, and friday and saturday rest for sunday! :rock

bench raw: 330lbs 1er 220class, 2e all class

bench equiped: 400lbs (miss nearly 420lbs) 1er 220class and all class

Gripper:

HG250 right and left hand 1er

On the right miss 4/10" for COC3

1. 2Hand pinch 3x5x92lbs (hard! Always bad :angry: )

2. RT (home made) right: 4x1x187lbs, left: 4x1x176lbs

3. V bar right: 1x187lbs, 1x220lbs, 1x230lbs PR, left: 1x187lbs, 1x200lbs, 1x210lbs PR

Dumbell curl: 4x10x 45lbs dumbell

Today I received the Ironmind Rolling thunder, before I had a home made Rolling thunder, and i don't understand why, there is an enormous difference!!!!!!

My home made rolling thunder is 2" 1/5 and the ironmind 2"3/8, I loose 60lbs on my max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shall try correctly on Saturday but I can see again in the decline my PR!

I am disappointed but that amazed me at so good performance in the RT compared besides.

Now i'm going to train hard :angry:

Close grip bench press 4x10x130lbs + double red mini's band

dips 4x20 + 45lbs plates

grip:

gripper right hand: 3x negative x HG300 (best 2/5"), 3x strap hold (7lbs) x HG200

left hand 3x negative x HG250 (every 1/20" :angry: ) I'm going to train with HG300 because I block on the 250!, 3x starp hold (7lbs) x HG200

Bend:

DO 5 easy

Reverse 1x 5mm/6" too easy, 1x 5mm/5" too easy, 2x 6mm/7.5" easy

DU 3x yellow nail (IM) best in 23s

Hammer lever 4x5reps

Bend crush 8xHG250, 2x3xHG300

Good workout! :D

1. bradford press 10x60lbs, 3x10x85lbs

2. shoulders rotators 3x20reps

grip:

1. 1H pinch (8mm section imitation of blob) right: 1x30lbs, 1x35lbs, 1x40lbs, 1x45lbs

left: 1x30lbs, 1x35lbs, 1x40lbs

2. RT (first time with the IM, before it's a home made!) right: 1x120lbs, 1x135lbs, 1x143lbs (Home made PR 203lbs! :(:( )

left: 1x120lbs, 1x135lbs, 1x143lbs, 1x148.5lbs (first exercise i'm best with left hand)

3. V bar

right: 1x187lbs, 1x220lbs, 1x230lbs, 1x242lbs PR :D

left: 1x187lbs, 1x200lbs, 0x220lbs

Next goal:

2H pinch (50mm section) 135lbs

RT left and right 155lbs

V bar R 270lbs, L 230lbs

1.bench for reps

2.board press or stato-dynamic bench

3.grippers

4.medium bend (DU, reverse)

5.hammer lever

6.bend crush for reps

Wednesday:

1. deadlift or pull up

2. Pinch lift (rotation of exercise) if I fell good try Pr or 3x1 90/95%

3. grip lift (RT, 1H lift, Inch dumbell) similar pinch system

4. grip lift (V bar, V bar 2") similar pinch system

5. dumbell curl or hammer curl

Friday:

1. speed bench (close grip with band)

2. dips

3. grippers

4. david horne wrist developper for reps

5. hammer lever

6. bend crush heavy singles

Saturday:

1. Military press or log press for reps

2. shoulder's rotators

3, 4, 5. Similar wednesday

1. Bench (not fell good!) 3x10x110K. (bad day :angry: )

2. Stato bench with 2s paus and 2s at 90degree 3x5x100K. fell good

Grip: good day for grip :D

Gripper

right hand: 3x negative x HG300 (best 1/4" ), 3x overcrush x HG250 (first time do overcrush with HG250 and it's easy :D )

left hand: 3x negative x HG300 (best 5/8"), 3x overcrush x HG200

Bend

1. medium bar braced (first time i try) (10mm // 20") too easy next time i try 16"

2. DU some nails, best 2x yellow nail (move on)

3. reverse 2x 6mm//7.5", 1x 6mm//6.5" PR

Hammer lever 4x10reps

Bend crush 30x HG200, 2x15x HG250

Diesel workout but good on the whole :D

2x negative x HG300 (best 1/4")

3x strap hold (+5kgs) x coc1

Left: 3x negative x coc2.5 (best 1/4")

3x strap hold (+5kgs) x coc1

Bend:

DU (60degrees) 10 light nail, 1x yellow nail 9s PR (now i will try 6.5 yellow because i can't bend the blue)

Test of David Horne's wrist developper (hard)

Bend crush 8x coc2.5, 2x5x coc3

Good workout :D

right: 11s

4. David's horne wrist developper 4 set of 20 to 8reps (with band)

Dumbell curl 2x12x20kgs.

1. Bench 3x10x112.5kgs (2 weeks that I have a big decline in bench!)

2. Bench stato 3x5x105kgs

Grip: (good workout!)

gripper:

Right: 3x negative x HG300 (best attemp 1/4"), 3x overcrush x HG250

Left: 3x negative x COC2.5 (best attemp 3/16", soon :D ), 3x overcrush x HG200

David Horne's wrist developper: 2x20reps with band and 2x5reps with harder band (soon I can use the hard spring!)

Bend crush 10x COC2.5, 2x5x COC3

Wrist curl plates 2x8x10kgs.

set: 1x5x170kgs (easy) goal: +10kgs week's and finish with 5x210kgs

cool down: 2x5x160kgs

Grip:

1. RT

right hand: 3x1x70kgs

left hand: 1x68.25kgs, 2x1x70kgs

2. Dynamic thumb

Right 3x1x IM TUG3

Left 3x0x IM TUG3

Dumbell curl 4x10x20kgs

Right: 3x negative x HG (everything 3/16"), 3x strap hold (+2kgs) xCOC2

Left: 3x negative x COC2.5 (best 3/16" other 1/4"), 3x strap hold (+2kgs) x HG200

Bend

DU: 1x 6mm//7", 1x 6mm//6", 1x 6.5" yellow nail, 1x blue nail PR (so happy :D )

Reverse style: wrist developper 3x10reps with band

Slide lever 3x10reps

Happy from the bend, next stage 5.5" blue nail!
