large hands - 8 inches and above i think

small hands - below 8 inches, but i think most guys that train grippers with hands classed in the small range are close to around 7 inches, and thats from top of wrist to top of middle finger.

7.75 is supposed to be average. I believe that is also the dividing line used at GGC.

Large is 8+ inches. It is measured from the top crease in your wrist to the tip of your middle finger.

At GGC we have used 7.75 as the cut off. If you are below, you have small hands; above, large hands.
