pdfk20 Posted November 22, 2007 Share Posted November 22, 2007 large hands - 8 inches and above i think small hands - below 8 inches, but i think most guys that train grippers with hands classed in the small range are close to around 7 inches, and thats from top of wrist to top of middle finger.
