supersoldier
I've only had my CoC for a short while and I've been following the KTA program. I've noticed something weird, that when I try to close the #1 (yea I know I'm weak) that every time I hit it with my weak hand, but have occasional misses with my dominate hand. has anyone experienced this before? reasons why? I am holding the gripper properly according to kta techniques.
Cannon
If these attempts are with fresh hands, I have no idea. I find that I am able to get a better workout with my dominate hand because it's stronger, more coordinated, and more capable all around. Therefore, even if the workout is identical for both hands, my dominate hand is more fatigued. So if your attempts are post workout, even the next days afterward, your dominate hand could be taking longer to recover. Or, if you're like me, when I get together with others or just mess with grippers, I end up doing a billion attempts righty and almost nothing lefty. At that point, my right isn't good for much anymore, even an easy close, but my left is still reasonably fresh. Just some thoughts..
Teemu I
You didn't mention, which is your dominate hand. If it is right, the reason for your problem beats me, but if it's left, it just might be the fact that torsion spring grippers are harder to close with left hand due to the gripper itself.
