But I wanted to get a correlation with BMI because the lower the BMI, the lower the body fat and ............. You can fill in the dots but I just call it as the can of worms opens. It's just a look at similar members and what they have achieved. Therefore, for example, a person with a 21 BMI and a forearm exceeding 14" has enormous grip POtential and probably can already close or with little, relatively speaking, training could close the #3. One thing it tells me is that only one guy with a SGC above my current level has a forarm size smaller than mine. Then of course, it also tells me that any which way I look at the numbers, the gripper ladder is crowded above my current level.
