pope Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 I have a couple of damaged/mishapened knuckles as a carryover from being a stupid as young guy and Im sure many of you do as well, my question is will this hurt my grip strength and would anyone have any suggestions to maybe try and straighten and or rehabilitate the knuckles. my 1st post, hopefully this is a valid topic Quote

Strengthen them with many of the grip exercises (although it will be the hands and not knuckles per se that get stronger).
