mar4039 Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 I bought a set of 6 Heavy Grippers not to long ago. It is my goal to work with the 100lb gripper for a while(even though it is easy) before I move up. 4/19 Morning-each hand 20 sets of 10 reps Evening-each hand 20 sets of 10 reps 4/20 Morning each hand-20 sets of 10 reps Evening each hand-10 sets of 10 reps By this evening I started to get blisters on a couple fingers of each hand. My own dumb fault for doing so much just starting off. This is why I only had half the number of reps & sets. It hurt like a bitch! 4/21 Ok. I wrapped some medical tape over my blisters and got 10 sets of 10 reps with both hands. Quote
David_wigren Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Are theese TNS closes where you don't set the gripper at all? Full range closes will be harder on the skin, especially in the beginning. But don't worry, your hands will toughen up for the job in no time! Quote
