Started at the gym:

I only use chalk on all lifts and for 1 handed stuff i did the same with both hands

Deadlifts from box: 225x6, 315x6, 315x6

Deadlift holds( holding bar for 15 seconds) : 495, 585, 495

1 hand dumbbell rows: 120x6, 120x6

1 hand rows using preacher bar don't know how much bar weighs so i didn't count it: 140x6, 140x6, 140x6

Grip training at home:

CoC#1x6 (both hands)

CoC#3x1(right hand only)

CoC#2x6, CoC#2x6 (both hands)

Coc#2.5 x 10(right hand)

CoC#2.5x5(left hand)

Ironmind .6K Chinese Medicine ball hand things for about 15 minutes each hand doing varied things.

That was all for today. It was a short workout but my first ever using chalk and not just hands (what a great difference). I was pretty tired after the holds so I was only did a little workout. I definately need to get a plate loadable dumbbell since my gym only has dumbbells up to 120lbs.

Anyways tomorrow is leg day (my favourite) so I'm excited for that and I'll make up for the short gym time I put in today.
