Tuesday

Light Squat day, or at least it was supposed to be. My lower back felt extremely uncomfortable and it got progessively worse on every squat, even light ones. I got so little actual work done tonight its not worth mentioning.

Friday

Light squat day, decided to take a few days off and let my CNS recharge. Hell, on Tuesday my #1 felt impossible along with 105lbs on the Front squat! I have a question for anyone who actually takes the time to read this, I've been taking my grippers with me everywhere since Monday doing closes and overcrushes, sometimes as much as 20 or so in an hour down to 2 or 3 and obviously my hands are very fatigued, not pain but general soreness in the palms and fingers. Now for the question, should I continue in this manner doing closes with the 1 and 1.5(which are heavy for me) or should I throw in uber high volume with an extremely filed Trainer? Or should I take a rest all together from crushing work(I still do alot of extensor work and use blockweights during this time)?

Just some fast, light squats to get me back into the groove

Waited for a platform to open or even the smith machine for shrugs or rack deadlifts for 20 minutes, went pee and they had been taken again so I left. I NEED to get my own set off weights! I think I need to work on speed off the floor alittle more, I explode it up good but once the weight is 2" up it just hangs there for a second until I lean back and pull through. Once its knee level it flys up but that 8-12" area is a real b***h! I don't ever use straps or chalk but I was tempted to the way my hands feel!

Sunday II

Did some more volume gripper work, I did the trainer for 10 sets of 10 switching between inverted and regular and the #1 for a set of 10 then a set of 5 inverted all each hand. I then tried to close my filed 1.5, got it barely with my right and was about 1/4" away with my left.
