kilkkinen
After two and half month ago, I started KTA. 31.12.06 was the last workout. Starting point was that, I was about 1mm near to close #3. I was stuck about 2-3 months. I was obviously in trouble. After a one week training I closed my #3 MM_set. Here are my some highlits while doing KTA: - #3 closed - MM0 level done - BBGM straphold 10kg`s 10 second. - #4 extendedhandle negative holding 2 second - KTA Last two weeks, every workout last 2-3 #3 closing Now I am resting this week, and the end of this week is time to show what is my powerlevel, after KTA. I would do some light gripper work (a few lighter singles) during this rest week. You might be shocked to find major neuro dumbness otherwise. Also, note, when you come back that you might find it takes getting a bit deeper into the workout before you start really going to town. Just some observations I have seen with myself and others. lifesnotfair
awesome job man! KTA is a tough mother, congrats on the success. Damn guru20, when I started reading your signature, specifically your name, and I read "Nathan Hol-----" I was kinda shocked... but then I saw it ends in "iday"... so it's all ok.
