I ordered just today:

twistyowrist

wristroller (not the stabalizor)

clip and loading bar (olympic size)

dvd for hand strength

dexterityballs

blockbusterpincher

hubpincher

bag of nails -level1-5

as you can tell I got a lot of money for christmas :0)

I'll be starting this routine as soon as all the supplies come in

I just got a new personal record on my coc#1.5 last week I did only 15 reps on my #1.5 ... I just had a huge personal record I just did the #1.5 for 35 wide reps 4 days ago I only did the #1 for 40 reps so I think I've gotten stronger over all..... what I've been doing is

one day I'll rep out a one specific gripper and no other gripper.. 2 days later I'll go for the goal gripper and 2 days after that I'll go back to a different gripper and rep that out... next week is the #2 so we'll see how I rep that one out!

when I rep out the #2 I'll get that on vid....

my other workouts followed as

low box squat:

(I"ll go up next week starting slow)

I was a little excited so that might of sounded a little confusing... I did the coc#1.5 for 35 wide reps today....

Do you have a #3? If so, how far are you?

thank you, I do have a #3 and I have less than an inch... I have a feeling I'll be closing it within the next two months hoping to get it on vid too! :rock

I actually don't know if you were trying to be smart with me or what! :blink

You can close the #2.5 with authority, so I would guess that you can get closer than 1 inch on the #3 man... come on!

:) lol no I was being serious... I have pretty good explosiveness, always have... all my maxes look like I can do more, but they are indeed my max... even on things like bench and what not I'm really excited cause I'm super close to closing the #3 we'll see what happens in the next month... progress is coming along better than expected...
