I am trying to get a routine together for this type of training.I have mostly worked on the bench and deadlift.

I have a wrist roller made of pvc and the twist yo wrist, also have a pinch block and rolling thunder.

yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 with 60 in plates with the rolling thunder and repeated late evening after work.

wrist rolling had been done two days back to back previously, will work to get them on the same day.

also have the IM trainer,#1,#2

I warm up on trainer and rep with the 1, if I dont rep the one I can almost close the 2.

wanted: vbar or anvil, ring for fingerlifts. an leveraging tool.

temperance is the key and patience is a virtue.

I am itching to grab weight and go at it, but have to wait til sat at which time I will r/t, pinch, twist wrist, finger curl, bench, overheadlift.

Today I will do moderate weights for curls and tris.

let no one get between me and my weight saturday!

I wa able to use a chest press machine that you sit up in and the handles are at your chest,

worked from 75lbs to 200 ,75 for 2 sets and the rest wer for 1 set of 10 and set increases were by 20 lbs

then I did tate presses with 40lb bells for 3x12 and finally key presses with 50lb bells

then I did 50lb d.bbell finger curls fo 2 sets each

back in the room I di 1 set of 5 with the coc trainer and then 5x5,6 with the coc 1 and 10reps with the trainer

now two days past and I have done 5r with the trainer and 4x5 with coc 1

and for a christmas gift I was given a training tool for fingers by gripmaster in which each finger squeezes by its self and mine is rated 7lbs.

couple of days prior to making this journal,

I had done 4 sets of dumbbell curls at 45 and ez bar curls at 70
