layla
I am trying to get a routine together for this type of training.I have mostly worked on the bench and deadlift. I have a wrist roller made of pvc and the twist yo wrist, also have a pinch block and rolling thunder. yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 with 60 in plates with the rolling thunder and repeated late evening after work. wrist rolling had been done two days back to back previously, will work to get them on the same day. also have the IM trainer,#1,#2 I warm up on trainer and rep with the 1, if I dont rep the one I can almost close the 2. wanted: vbar or anvil, ring for fingerlifts. an leveraging tool.
