Training #1 Ivanko Supergripper 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions in a tin. Wristrollers with the rope in front of the roller supersetted with the rope between me and the roller 4 sets. Training #2 Pinchgripp 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions. Wristroller 4 supersets. Training #3 Suportgrip 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions Wristroller 4 supersets. After I have train a 28 days I take eight days off. The tin I train fingertins in is a tin with is 3 inch in diameter and is padded under the inside edge with a thick band and two holes i drilled in the bottom and in these I have knott a strap. I load the strap with 3 lbs and put the fingers in the tin and extend them, then I hold for 20 seconds. Quote

Right hand 64/12, 137/8, 127/8, 127/5, 127/6 Left hand 77/12, 148/10, 137/9, 137/8, 137/7 Fingertin 3 lbs 4 sets, best results: righthand 60 seconds lefthand 20 seconds. Wristroller 1,75 inch diameter handcurlers 31 lbs handextensors 22 lbs. 4 sets each. Quote

Guest T-Bear Posted June 26, 2002 Posted June 26, 2002 Yes I got an URL that show such an calculator when I purchassed my supergripper. Today I get my Captain of Crushers, T, 1 and 2. I did 17 reps with trainer right hand and 18 left hand + I closed #1 with my right hand and nearly with my left hand. Quote
