Guest JoeQ1966 Posted June 23, 2002 Posted June 23, 2002 my second workout is like this mostly crushing work.. warm up with ivanko supergripper and homemade gripping machine,,,its a basic weight loaded gripmachine..I love to weld and fabricate..I then do crushes with the coc2 and try hold with it as long as I can..I then do pinch grips with a homemade pinch grip block that can have weight added..I finish it off with dumbell deadlifts,,I use a 2 1/8 inch dumbell for these..descriptions and as soon as figure this digital camera out I will have pics of the equipment.
