Guest JoeQ1966 Posted June 23, 2002 Share Posted June 23, 2002 My workout and some of the equipment im using to hopefully close the #3 I can close the coc#2 but the 3 is going to take some time.I work out 3 times a week for grip and forearm strength and this is a basic routine.I havent really done any grip and forearm training since I quit armwrestling but its starting to feel good again. 1st--forearm wrist curls,,2sets 145x10 reverse forearm curls 175-185x10 pinch grips--2-35lbs plus 5lbs bar through center for 5-10 sec...usually closer to 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
