PowerHouse
Been awhile since I posted in this log. I'm planning on going to Chad's comp in April and decided I needed to post in here again. I haven't lifted weights in 6 or so months because of my knee, it still doesn't feel right but there is hardly any pain. Going to take it VERY slow and light until I no I can start to push it. I lost a lot of motivation to keep lifting after my knee was injure and let myself go to a weak piece of crap. I always continued doing grip stuff just nothing organized. Goals for April. 2.5+ BW deadlift (earlier this year I was doing 450 at 165ish) Closing my #3 120+ on my 2 3/8 thick dumbbell. 150+ 2HP 5 10's deadlift 2 35's( yeah right!!) PowerHouse
11-07-07 2 25's passing from hand to hand for as long as I could. 22 secs (wide 25's) 61 secs(thin york 25's) 8 secs (wide 25's) 15 secs (thin 25's) Finished off with a 2hp hold of 70lbs. I didn't time it but it was around 25-30seconds. Hands have been tired and achy all week might have to lay off of grip stuff for a few days. PowerHouse
11-26-07 NS #1x10 BH CCS #2 2x1 RH MMS #2 2x1 LH MMS Hard filed #2x1 BH My brother and I had a little competition on who could lift 4 10's up the most in 1 min. He won . I got it 6x RH and two easy ones lefty but my thumb split open and started to bleed so I stopped. Then I tried 4 10's with thumb and Middle finger and locked it out for a 5 sec hold RH'ed. PR!!! I was so happy I got that, I no its not a big deal but 4 10's took me awhile to get and now I did it with 1 finger and thumb.
