Recommended Posts

Hi all, quick intro. My name is Thomas Youles, im 15 and from the UK. Got into grippers ect in February. Im shooting for the #3 first, then above. I got a little bending pack yesterday (thanks max) and bent a 6" G5 which took me a while, i bent it to 90 degrees had some trouble from their, but i got it down to 2". I can almost close my SM, pinch 5 11's and 2 33's. Im looking foward to this journey, and thanks to all of those who gave me advice.

Back to business!

The pain is absoulutly gone, and it has been for a couple of days.

I wanna go back on the routine Greg Amidon constructed, but adjust it. Instead of doing a set number of endless reps which was useless, im going to have a set number of sets which is 5. First 3 sets will be parallel reps then the last 2, babyreps.

Trainer RH

1st set: 100

2nd set: 80

3rd set: 65

4th set: 90

5th set: 120 (absoulute failure)

2nd set: 50

Starting KTA!

Phase 1, week 1, Workout 1

I just completed the first workout, doing SO's with a SM LH and #3 RH. The SO's are a bit tricky with the harder grippers.

What have i let myself get into!

As of the second day i started using my #3 for SO's with my left, instead of my SM. Volume goes up tomorow.
