Thursday Augest 31st

Ju Jitsu 6pm to 8:30.

Total 2Hours 30 Minutes mat time.

First Part of Class was a Circut.

2 Minutes Medicine Ball

2 Minutes Jabs

2 Minutes Jumprope

2 Minutes Sprawls

2 Minutes Stability Ball

2 Minutes Low Kicks

End

Second Part of class was just strait Ju Jitsu. I got about 4-5 Matches in.

Sunday September 3rd

Weightlifting Around Noon.

Bench

300x3,3,2

300x1 Paused

Incline

175x2x8

Close Grip

205x2x6

DB Tricep Extensions

60x2x6

Ju Jitsu 2pm to 4pm

Mat time 2 Hours

Strait Ju Jitsu, Got to roll with Nolan and James today my instructors. There sick as hell, but they went easy and taught me a few things about staying tight and some guard passes. Had about 4 Matches.

Monday September 4th

Boxing Training

5pm-6:15

Training 1 hour 15 mins

Little bit of heavy bag and work and worked form for jabs. This is my first class with Billy Costello it was more getting to know him and everyone there then actual training. He said after a week I will start sparing people.

Later that night....

Deep Oly Squats Worked up to

Front Squats

Did some Core work... Situps with medicine ball and some hyperextensions.

Kurt,

Looks good man. How long are your matches? And I am assuming you are in gear? I have a few DB exercises you might like. Thinking of making a short video of a circuit I have been doing with my wrestling team.

Tuesday September 5th

Boxing 5-6:30

Sucked. Billy wasent there so it was just bramble... He worked with other people so I just jabbed the bag and Four score and seven years ago I am the MAN because I swear and I want everyone to know how manly I am by using profanity.ed off. :(

Ju Jitsu 7-9pm

2 Hours mat time... alot of matches. We worked with a Gi on and i did some basic chokes and rolled with a few big guys, then a smaller guy who we went for a long long long time.... I kept getting the better position though.. I just don know my submissions.

Wednesday September 6th

No Boxing or Ju Jitsu due to 6-9pm School Class. But I did lift between classes.

Did a big big cardio circut.

Rolled very little but learned some good basics with the teachers.
