Hi Timmy the reason im asking is im new to grip training after an accident with my tendons my girlfriend thought it would be nice to buy me my first piece of grip equipment and guess what shes ordered me the bb world class hand gripper not a bad start eh i havent got the heart to tell its no good well not yet anyway Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Besides you can trade it with someone and she won't be able to tell the difference. This is a good place to get started and I bet if you take your time and browse through the faq-section etc..you'll learn a lot and gain hand strength faster than you would have thought. Good luck!
