Block weights & Sledges & Gripper (now i've an elbow out of service) :dry

Block weights & Bending (when i'm healthy) :blush

I'm sure it's not the best but I haven't a lot of training stuff. ;)

bending (for enjoyment) and thick-bar deadlifts (for their practical benefits)

I voted for the RT and grippers.

They both are just fun and constitute the main part of my training volume.
