Mr. Gripster Posted July 6, 2006 Share Posted July 6, 2006 My Log, Well as an intro I Bench Press, Dead-lift, curl (one/two hand(ed)), grippers (duh), pinch grip work with 10s, pull-ups, lots of stretches, push-ups, and a few others! The above being my base exercises. I will only log a few here, but that is subject to change! Oh and I don't know ALL the terms, so bare with me! My typical day looks like this, 11:00 am. (while I am cycling) BP (bench press) 155 for 5 reps and then drop the weight 10 lbs. and do it again. After that... DL (dead lift) 220 for 5 reps and then drop the weight 20 lbs. and do it again. After that... Some type of two hand curls, either preacher or reg. standing. 85 for 5 reps and then drop the wieght 10 lbs. and do it again After that... I do some "odds and ends" exercises and then eat lunch. 4:00 pm. (same day) Pull-up Ladders. One ladder 1,2,3,4,1 and then a "ladder of ladders" 1,2,3,4,1,1,2,3,1,1,2,1,1! After that... Abb Training, vertical sit-ups, regular sit-ups, leg raises, etc. And a whole lot of gripper work through the day! I do my one hand curls throughout the day (everyday) and I just moved up to my 50 lb. dumbbell! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
