I've been lifting for about a year and abit but havent done grip training previously, i recently got my #1 and #2 CoC, i can close #1 totally for 6 reps or so however cant close the #2 yet my first goal is to get her closed. Anyway back on topic, was just wondering if there are any sites that list all the different exercises that you can do to work your grip strength (preferably with pictures to as im pretty clueless at the moment apart from plate curls (normal and wrist), pinch holds and just doing normal or forced reps on a CoC).
