Guest Reverend
When I was in driving school I was told never to apologize after an accident because it's aan automatic admission of guilt, no matter who was in the wrong. I don't know if that matters here or what. Don't some martial artists have to register their hands or is that just something the kids said back in high school? Correct, do NOT apologize or do anything to assume guilt. The days of "when men were men" are GONE. This society has become psychotically litigation-happy. As for the martial artists, it may be common knowledge that a particular person possesses a high degree of skill, but I don't know of any real situation where anyone had to be registered. I think that's probably an urban legend.
Guest Reverend
Do you realize Rick your opening question/statement was a signed confession of sorts for the entire cyber world to see...........? Obviously you've thought about this before, Mr. Sorin! Just to pick nits, though, he DID say the guy seemed to be coming at him. All one needs to be able to defend oneself is to be able to articulate the conditions in which you reasonably felt you were about to come to harm. Roark
How do I go about unregistering my hands; and is a refund in order? I feel so used by the system.
Guest Reverend
I come over to your house and read you your Miranda rights backwards. Then I make the sign of the cross over your head and you're magically un-registered.
