BIKERICH Posted May 24, 2006 Share Posted May 24, 2006 DO I CUT UP YORK HEX DUMBELLS. I JUST ORDERED A 65 LB TO START. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH COC GRIPPERS FOR ONE YEAR.
