DuTCH
Since our beloved Toddel/ Moser is celebrating is birthday, i thought i would post the upcoming contest info of the Münsterland Grip Challenge, part deux..! This will be a fun event, just like last year, although i hope it won't be as hot.. Introducing 2 new events, i think pretty original too, RT farmers walk, and Speed bending.. One might say, how would you RT Farmers walk? Well, i think small plates like 25lbs will be used, so weights won't hit against the legs.. GRIPPER MAX (rechts / links) 2 Hand Pinch (Euro Setup) FBBC Vertical Bar Rolling Thunder Farmers Walk Speed Bending (2 min) Do come and compete
