Training Recovery

I would like to know how long recovery time on grip training does one need between each grip training secession. Grip training such as CofC sets and reps, then pinch gripping for sets and reps, finger curls for sets and reps as an example all done on one day. Is it one day, two or three days for some? If you train every other day, is that considered "over training" or should you give your hands more time to rest beyond the 48 hours? I would appreciate and input from Gripboard members. Thanks.
