you should also do a bunch of heavy rack pulls.

It kind of lines up with a deload for me. comps are stressful, add in the drive and it can be a bit much. I'd take a least a little time. also, if your doing it right the 2hp does involve a lot of back and chest. and the wrist developer is rough all around as so many have noted.

Yeah, I just hate missing lifting days. Its gonna be a long friggin' drive for me and Rindo, but its always interesting.
