jer277
hello everyone nice to meet you, im a major newbie, i just recieved my captains of crush grippers. i got the trainer,#1,#2,and the #3. i interested in building a strong grip for my weight lifting but more so for my karate , and i also wanna close that coc#3. is there any good sites that post routines with hand grippers? are hand grippers and my weight lifting enough to get the job done or do i need more equiptment. i read the capatins of crush book but it was mostly the history on the grippers and how kinndey and holle close the #4 , seems like all there work was with grippers and a grip machine. i don't have alot of money to throw out on gripper equiptment. i need all the help i can get. -john

moser1972
There are several ones on the grip market. Have you the chance to test some of them so that you can decide which one is best for you? If not, try the SEARCH function here in the board. You'll find several topics like that. good luck
