mrl179 Posted February 28, 2006 Share Posted February 28, 2006 ok well here is my basic training... 3x10reps with 150lb 3x3 reps(hold for as long as i can) with 250lb 3x2 wit 150 hold 20 sec each rep 150 since i started i went up with the grippers.Do you guys see anything with improvment that i may need. Left Side Posted March 1, 2006 Share Posted March 1, 2006 Yes. Train with more variety than just closing grippers. Do some pinch, block lift, thickbar. Make these things if you have to, it's not too hard. Look around the site for training ideas, more importantly, buy John Brookfieds book Mastery of Hand Strength.
