new to this forum type thing, but no one i work with works out their grip, or much else for that matter if it has to do with heavy weights.

3" HANDLE DB CURLS, 50 LBS, 5 SETS 5 REPS, LAST SET IS REVERSE CURLS

4 LB LEVER BAR LIFTS X 10 SLOW SINGLES

ONE ARM DEADLIFT, BARBELL, 1X 135/ 2X155/2 X 185/ 1X 205/ 2X185

ONE ARM DEADLIFT, 2" handle, 1X65/ 1X75/1X85/ 1X105/ 1X110

3X 20 REPS ON COC TRAINER

5 SETS OF 5 ELEVATED, BOTTOM POSITION, ONE ARM PUSHUPS (CHEST TOUCHING THE FLOOR TO EXTENTION)

My left hand is broken, and comes out of the cast monday. then it is back to heavier training, and bigger numbers without fear of unbalanced development. more to come
