Firts off Im going to put down what I think my grippers are on the COC scale. Trainer #1 #2- Seems to be a stout one SM- Not much harder than the #2 maybe a 2.2 HG300- Probly a 2.4-2.6 #3- Stout bitch, long ways from the 300,3.1-3.2 SE- HAH,3.5-3.6 #4- No camparison. *All COC's are gr8 springs Here we go. JoeGrip Posted February 1, 2006 Author Share Posted February 1, 2006 Ok.Im going to try the high rep program all the way through just to see if that will boost me over my plateu.The grippers Im going to use will be the T,#1,#2,SM,HG300 shooting to get the #3 to 1/4 CCS, negs will be done on the SE.Im following the program laid out by Gamidon and Morton in the Grip FAQ.First of the month is a great day to start on so here goes. JoeGrip Posted February 2, 2006 Author Share Posted February 2, 2006 WOW.this high rep program is no joke, the hardest part is finding the time.I only musterd 250 reps each hand yesterday w/ the trainer and I didnt touch any other gripper, I cant beleive gamidon was doing reps in the thousands.
