Nice lift! Gotta love Alice in Chains in the background!

Thanks, I want to shoot for 100 lbs. I like the Bomb very much but I can tell from the video that I need to work on my stance and lift better.

No chalk? What is life without chalk? There's 15#'s right there.

We do your stuff nearly as well as you do, you can't do ours very well at all, and we do everything that we both don't do much better than you can. Not very humble, I know, but true. -Coach Glassman

If you listen I say "now some plain chalk" so I did use chalk on my one hand

Nice lift. BTW, how slick the bomb? I haven't tried it yet.

It is not as slick as a pinch block i find that just a touch of chalk helps. the hard part is the grip of it. its like picking up a lead softball that weighs 8 lbs plus what ever you attach to it. My wrist hurt for a day after that lift.

Now I heard it, the first time I listened the volume wouldn't get very loud for some reason. Nice lift, have to get me one of those.
