A pretty good one today. 1 Hand Deadlifts, 2 Inch Bar 10 singles with 170 Plate Pinch Tosses 25's, 10 catches each hand, 2 "sets" Dumbell Wrist Curls 40x12 50x12 60x12 Hammer Curls 40x12 50x12 55x12 Nothing spectacular, but a decent start.
