Pryderi
Clay Edgin has several excellent articles at the heavygrips website. Edgin's Beginner Program Edgin's Advance Program Also Check out Heath Sexton's article at farmstrength.com Sexton's "Closing Big Grippers" and the articles over at Dieselcrew.com Rick Walker's "Combat Grip" I've learned a lot from the above articles, and I'm sure others can recommend further reading. Good Luck. Edited December 20, 2005 by Pryderi
Starkmann
I had thought about creating something for myself and trying to post it as a follow up. I ran into two issues: I don't know enough to be telling people what to do and everyones goals are different. The first grip workout is a good conditioner. At this point you have to figure out what you want out of grip and attack it. Want to be certified, KTA. Want a killer supporting grip, Fat bar. Want to compete in grip contests, vbar and block. You get the idea. So what do you want?
