Hi Niels, good to see you starting a log! I think it would be interesting for the guys on the board who don't know you to tell them something about you (size, bodyweight, other training info...). I know you since you've started with your training and I know that you made awesome progress in the last 1 1/2 years in armwrestling and grip. I'm looking forward to read your log :rock

Hi,

Florian is right, now that I started my training log it´s time to introduce myself to the gripboard. I´m 176 cm tall and my bodyweight is about 70 kg. 3 times a week I go to the gym, 2 times a week I train my grip and once a week armwrestling training. I started armwrestling training in april of 2004 and a month later I started grip training also.

Hi Niels!

Good to see You posting a log - I'll read it frequently!

I think the wrist comes much more into play while pinching with two hands. But the pinch abilities always depend on the surface of the implements used. Perhaps You have a better grip on the 2Hand pinch setup!? Two possibilities...

After my new PR from yesterday 17 reps with the IM #2 right hand I did a new one just one day later. We had armwrestlingtraining today and Florian brought some grippers. I closed the Grand Master for 3 reps from parallel set. I think it could have been more reps but after the 17 reps from yesterday with the #2 I wasn´t 100% recovered.

nice workout, looked under your goal lists...you'll get that #3 this year buddy :rock

To close it from parallel set should be no problem this year, but a no set close will take centuries for me I think :(
