Florian Kellersmann
Hi Niels, good to see you starting a log! I think it would be interesting for the guys on the board who don't know you to tell them something about you (size, bodyweight, other training info...). I know you since you've started with your training and I know that you made awesome progress in the last 1 1/2 years in armwrestling and grip. I'm looking forward to read your log
Niels
Hi, Florian is right, now that I started my training log it´s time to introduce myself to the gripboard. I´m 176 cm tall and my bodyweight is about 70 kg. 3 times a week I go to the gym, 2 times a week I train my grip and once a week armwrestling training. I started armwrestling training in april of 2004 and a month later I started grip training also.

burkhardmacht
65 kg 1x That´s really strange I can´t pinch 30 kg with one hand but 65 kg with both hands ?!?!? ← Hi Niels! Good to see You posting a log - I'll read it frequently! I think the wrist comes much more into play while pinching with two hands. But the pinch abilities always depend on the surface of the implements used. Perhaps You have a better grip on the 2Hand pinch setup!? Two possibilities... Niels
Short Gripper session today. Right IM #3 set to 8 mm hold for 7 sec. IM #2 17x from parallel set new PR Left IM #2 2x from parallel set IM #1 31x from parallel set
Niels
After my new PR from yesterday 17 reps with the IM #2 right hand I did a new one just one day later. We had armwrestlingtraining today and Florian brought some grippers. I closed the Grand Master for 3 reps from parallel set. I think it could have been more reps but after the 17 reps from yesterday with the #2 I wasn´t 100% recovered. http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...cmd=si&img=3695

Niels
I got my first gripmachine today. To get familiar with this peace of metal I tried some closes, holds, and negatives with different weights. I really like that thing. http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?act=mod...cmd=si&img=3708
