Here's some more items that would be helpful:

- a clock, or atleast a watch, with a second hand

- some bending stocks for warmups

- your personal cameras

Following is a list of the precise weights you'll have the choice of lifting. Lighter, or heavier weights are, of course, available:

Euro Pinch (with all rubber discs being used)

I'll have a list of the 2.5" Crusher weights posted at the meet, as well. The apparatus was not calibrated, but weighs roughly 12 pounds, and we'll be using the same plates to make approximately 5 pound jumps in weight.

The contest location has been changed to my house. Weldon informed me today that he won't be competing, and I see no need in holding the contest at gym where we would be pressed for time when we can hold it in the relaxed atompshere of my garage, being that we have only a handful of lifters. I did discover there's an ex powerlifter lifting in my neighborhood who might compete. He's never trained grip. I think Jason's bringing along a competitor with him, so we may have as many as eight lifters. I'll PM ya'll with directions and my cell number.

I hate to miss out on this one fellas's. I've been looking forward to this event for some time now, but priorities reminded my that I'm an adult with responsibilities. curse their hide! My brother is moving back from California and needs my help. It came quick and thats where I need to be. I wish the competitors the best, and please know my hearts with you guys.

My sincerest apologies to Eric, I know you were counting on me to help run this as I jumped in to offer quickly. Hopefully I can make this up to you somehow.

Weldon
