Mitch Kirchner Posted November 28, 2005 Share Posted November 28, 2005 Ypu guys are probably going to laugh but my last forearm workout which was yeasterday I used the BB standing wrist roller. I did thre sets here is what I did. I hauled the weight up and back down. Set 1- 95 lbs set 2- 100 lbs set 3- 105 lbs Than I did 3 sets of wrist curls, and reverse curls.
