Beef Builder Standing Wrist Roller

Ypu guys are probably going to laugh but my last forearm workout which was yeasterday I used the BB standing wrist roller. I did thre sets here is what I did. I hauled the weight up and back down.

Set 1- 95 lbs

set 2- 100 lbs

set 3- 105 lbs

Than I did 3 sets of wrist curls, and reverse curls. Do u think this is a pathitic amount of weight I'm using? I just started using the BB about 2 weeks ago.

I don't have a freestanding wrist roller, but I think these are fairly decent poundages for the actual motions.
