Which one is overally better doing wrist curls with a barbell or dumbell? ← I would say barbell, only because you don't have to concentrate on balancing the weight, just lifting it. Theres no room for error using the DB pure concentration is needed to obtain maximum results. But to play it safe do both.Alternate every week using the Bar and the DB.
