Soilworker Posted November 12, 2005 Share Posted November 12, 2005 Training hard with that grip machine is definitely going to help you. Grippers are a unique beast though, and gripper work seems to be the most beneficial. For me the best exercise is doing reps on grippers, no joke! 12-15 reps on a hard gripper.
