Rest Between Sets?

How long should I rest after doing a Hard set of negitives on the grippers till my next set? I notice after doing all out negitive I can barly move my fingures. Negitives take much longer to recupirate than just plain sets for me. I rest about 3-3 1/2 min on negitives and about 1 1/2- 2 min a regular reps with the gripper. I have to rest that long with negitive cause if I don't I won't beable to go hard the next set. Give me your advice guys.
