Flexibility, overhead strength, power, wrist and thumb strength, and core balance and strength. 10/24/05 Monday Front squats 3x8 @ 100, 105, 115 (sissy weights to learn movement...increase) Deadlift 1x20 @ 225 (First DL since my marriage 5 months ago, lazy. Increase a bunch. Easy) Laybacks 2x time PVC handles 28 Seconds, Eagle loops 27 seconds. (this is much harder than I anticipated!! Try to increase time!) 35lb blob junior passes for time 1x22 seconds My thumbs are fried! Increase in time every attempt hopefully Wrist curls 1x20 @ 50 pounds on a 2 inch bar Wrist extensors 1x12 @ 25 pounds on a 2 inch bar Had to cut it short last night time wise due to prior commitment.
