supermagnamon
1/30/2006Okay.. what to say about tonight's workout? Amazing!! Much better than I thought it would be. Posted a LOT of PRs tonight! Right Hand 1 X BBM MMS 1 X Very Hard IM #3 MMS PR! 1 X BBE2 MMS PR! 1 X BBE2 MMS - miss (barely) 1 X BBSE (clamped to 7/16") PR! 1 X BBSE (clamped to 7/16") 1 X BBSE (clamped to 1/2") PR! 1 X BBSE (clamped to 1/2") - miss by a hair 1 X BBSE (clamped to 1/2") 15 X Dynamic Thumb 50 X IM Blue+White Bands (both bands at the same time to increase beyond Red) 1 X BBSE (clamped to 1/2") - miss by a hair 20 X IM Trainer TNS Left Hand 1 X BBM MMS 1 X HG300 - miss 1/16" 1 X BBSM MMS - miss 3/16" 1 X HG300 MMS 1 X HG300 - miss 1/16" 1 X HG300 - miss 1/16" 1 X HG300 - miss 1/16" 1 X BBGM - Negative 15 X Dynamic Thumb 50 X IM Blue+White Bands (both bands at the same time to increase beyond Red) 1 X BBGM - Negative 20 X IM Trainer TNS I had to tape my pinky cuz the skin there is so tender that I couldn't do any work without it. Without having to deal with that pain, I posted quite a few new PRs. I also started a low carb diet about a week and a half ago (lost 15lbs) but my strength has been sapped. So I loaded up on carbs and caffiene and well.. the workout went really, really well! I finally shut that stubborned #3 that's harder than my Elite and my BBE2 which is just about as hard! My extensors are yelling at me right now because I upped them from the single Red band to both the Blue and White bands overlapping. They'll feel real good tomorrow. Getting ready for the contest this weekend. With any luck, I won't finish dead last. MMG1 attempt coming up real soon too. Hoping for a good showing there as well. That's about all to report. pc Great job, Porkchop. GL on the MMG1.
