I just want to wish everyone a PR day - with no new injuries! Good Luck to all competitors - take lots of pictures and video for those of us who can't be there to see the show.

Hey David at the meet and greet, instead of having bowls of peanuts and candy you can have bowls of pain killers and ante-inflammatories for all the Boo Boos we have. :cry

3 days to go!

All the training should have been done by now.

It's now the calm before the storm.

I have sorted the PA now thanks to Marc, and have the intro music for the competitors. Where we will come out one at a time onto the stage when our names are called.

Prior to this, between 9am and 10am, each competitor will be interviewed.

Leeeeet's get reeaaaaaaaaady to ruuuuuuuumble!! :)

See you all soon,

David

Glad someone out of this lot is pain free. Man, I am having some bad morning with this back. Sitting on a plane for 7 hrs. should be a blast for it. But hey get to meet some new Mates, it's worth it. Cheers Gents!

Yes, there is some nice stuff.

Those challenge bars are very rare, and of course very, very tough!

There's enough to keep a grip man happy for an age right there but I really want 1 or two of the items.

Just 2 days left. Steve is here in the UK and will be in Stafford with Gazza later today. For the UK grip nuts this could be THE event. I'm pretty sure some big numbers are gonna be crunched with roumors flying around.

The inside whisper has the two hand pinch and v-bar world records going this weekend. I think we'll see 1 or 2 go over 300lbs or very close to it on the thumbless one hand deadlift and a possible 21-22lb sledge (so right on the money as far as equalling records). There is even the possibility of strapholds using Elites and more.

You'd be mad to miss it and it's just £2.00 on the door... :happy

Great prizes for what's shaping up to be THE event. I wish I could be a fly on the wall and see what goes down there!
