With that being said I hit 100 reps on the filed #1 before 8:30AM and had 200 done @ 10:30, finished with 330 total. All reps opened to 1-1.5". Avg. set was 5L-10R. Top sets were 8L-15R x3. Today HG150 w.u. x5/5 filed hose clamped #1 x3/3,2/2 #3 assist + neg 4x1/1 #2 closes 2/6,1/5,1/1,1/1 BBSM attempts parallel lefty, 1 cm righty Bent a 5/16x5" threaded carriage PR* time Worked with the Hex blocks Plan for future Grippers (3x week) #4,#3 assisted close negatives BBSM assisted holds RB240N <----- becomes new goal gripper if easier than BBSM filed #2 OC's for time and strapholds deep filed #1, OC's for time/strapholds and hose clamps grippers will be low reps (read: singles and doubles) Pinch (1-2x week) block weights 40lb, 35lb, 17.5+loading pin, 15lb and 10lb, holds for time and tosses hub pinch: holds for time plate pinching: holds for time Bending and Sledging (1-2x week) 8lb sledge: front/rear and to nose, also twists Bend everything I have up until my 7" x1/4" spikes Extensors every day Intensity and volume will be varied and usually go by feel Any input would be greatly appreciated -Matt Block Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
