880 no-sets w/ Hg150

(20 or so reps per set)

Day 2

900 1.5" open-close w/ Hg150

15-30 or so reps per set done in half the time as day 1

best set = 30 L/ 55 R

Day 3 (today)

1000 1-1.5" OPEN-CLOSE W/ Hg150

10-30 or so reps per set

With that being said I hit 100 reps on the filed #1 before 8:30AM and had 200 done @ 10:30, finished with 330 total. All reps opened to 1-1.5". Avg. set was 5L-10R. Top sets were 8L-15R x3.

Took 4 days rest, left wrist was sore and hands beat up. I'm cutting two days off my hi-vol routine and starting a new one after this weekend.
